Deejay is from the Birpee people and has a strong connection to his culture, land, and communities. Our CEO comes from an extensive career in community services spanning Justice, Child Protection, Disabilities, Homelessness, and Community Based programs. It is a strong passion and commitment of Deejay’s to enhance the safety and protection of Children, Women, and the wider community, by combatting physical and phycological violence in his career. Deejay is part of many community initiatives, programs, and events supporting the social education that is required to keep our children and women safe and protected from harm.

Leila Vittorio

Group Chief Operations Officer

Teagan has been working in the human services sector for over 15 years in the UK and Australia. She started her career working in case management for in-home care spanning from disability and age care. Teagan moved into the child protection sector as she believe that every child should have the right to grow up in a happy and healthy environment.

Teagan's journey in child protection led her to travel the cape and work in the Indigenous communities working across programs as the FIS Coordinator and Safe House Coordinator for the Safe Kids program. These roles gave her the privilege of working with children and families who had been abused, neglected, or are at risk of harm. Each interaction has taught Teagan the importance of establishing trust, being a compassionate listener, and providing a safe space for children and young people to share their experiences.

Working in the Child Protection sector is not just a job, it is a deeply personal and meaningful calling. She recognises the importance of protecting and nurturing children, as they are our future. Teagan admits that she is honoured to have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals at Dynamic Community Care to help create a society where all children can thrive, free from harm and abuse.
